Job description:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient and precise production of components using CNC machines, based on specific technical drawings and specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Interpret the technical drawings and set up the CNC machines to produce the components as per the drawing specifications. 2. Prepare/modify drawings, specifications, and calculations for designing fixtures, tools, and Sheet Metal. 3. Use Computer Aided Software (CAD / CAM) to model tools, and program machines to provide on-time delivery of First Article Inspections (FAIs) 4. Develop new toolpaths or modify programs to achieve machine optimization and reduce cycle times and tool costs. 5. Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to increase the efficiency and quality of the production. 6. Simulate, verify, debug, and optimize programs for CNC machines using simulation software like METALIX , LANTEX and SOLID WORKS. 7. Identify cutting tools and cutting parameters required to cut particular types of materials and program machines accordingly. 8. Verify the 3D models against the drawings, create stich surfaces on the models using surface modeling techniques, and make effective changes to generate tool paths on complicated models. 9. Always keep CNC machines in safe operating condition, ensuring all required maintenance and cleaning are performed on schedule while performing basic troubleshooting of malfunctions. 10. Ensure the availability of the right number of tools and make sure working in a good condition and available always at maximum production level. 11. Practice and train others in the best programming practices to improve the overall efficiency of the CNC operation. 12. Ensure that all processes and procedures in Manufacturing adhere to the customer and quality standards. 13. Ensure a safe working environment for the operators in machines, understand and comply with all the safety and environmental policies and Practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

Metal enclosure(CNC Programmer ): 3 years (Required) Metal doors(CNC Programmer ): 3 years (Required) * Metal ceiling (CNC Programmer ): 3 years (Required)
