Are you a seasoned Programme Manager with a proven track record in large-scale IT transformation projects? We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy leader to drive complex IT programmes in the Middle East. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative consultancy that delivers high-value solutions to enterprise clients.
What You'll Do:

? Lead and shape multi-million dollar IT transformation programmes.

? Build strong client relationships, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.

? Drive governance, risk management, and resource planning for successful delivery.

? Oversee portfolio development and collaborate with pre-sales teams to shape new business opportunities.

? Manage and mentor project managers and junior staff to build high-performing teams.


What We're Looking For:

? 10\+ years of project/programme management experience in IT infrastructure transformation.

? Expertise in data center migrations, workload migrations, and decommissioning projects.

? Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.

? Previous experience in a consulting, services, or systems integration environment.

? Experience managing projects within the UAE or Middle East is highly desirable.
