:Role : Program Manager
Location : Abu DhabiRole Purpose:
Program Manager will Supervise, lead and manage programs governed by Project Management Office. He will Assist in planning strategies for the department, follow up, facilitate and coordinate progress of projects, and optimize PMO methodologies.The Program Manager will also provide strategic guidance to project managers, and business departments, oversee projects objectives, operations and progress.Key Accountabilities of the role
Technical Background is preferred.Banking experience is required

- Governance of Program management, methodologies and development.
- Formulate, organize, prioritize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors
- Assess program objectives, performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve projects high level scope issues.
- Insure smooth progress and optimized delivery of project's objectives.
- Work with Project managers, and PMO to enhance PMO process and methodologies
- Insure integration of PMO with other departments through projects lifecycle.
Technical Background is preferred.Banking experience is required
