Job Description

Program Management: · Lead and manage ServiceNow projects and programs from initiation to completion. · Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget. · Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Stakeholder Engagement: · Act as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow program-related communications. · Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria. · Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues. Team Leadership: · Build and manage a high-performing project team, including internal and external resources. · Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members. · Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Risk Management: · Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. · Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges. · Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Performance Monitoring: · Track and report on project performance metrics. · Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations. · Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. ServiceNow Expertise: · Maintain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. · Provide technical guidance and support for ServiceNow implementations and integrations. · Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. · PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is preferred. · Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/program management, preferably with ServiceNow. · Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. · Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
