THE ROLETemenos is seeking a passionate Program Manager to lead initiatives that enhance employee listening and wellbeing across the organization on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage programs focused on employee engagement, feedback mechanisms, and wellbeing strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and continuous improvement, leveraging insights to drive impactful change.
