### Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance Program Manager to lead and drive the implementation of Oracle-based solutions for Treasury, Trading, and Trade Finance functions. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Oracle implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration, and meeting project goals aligned with the bank's strategic objectives.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management : Oversee Oracle implementation projects across Treasury, Trading, and Trade Finance, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, and scope.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide regular project updates, and manage expectations.
• Solution Design and Integration : Lead solution design discussions to ensure Oracle modules align with the bank's Trade Finance and Treasury requirements.
• Risk and Issue Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to maintain project continuity and success.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Change Management : Facilitate effective change management strategies to support the transition to new systems and processes.
• Testing and Quality Assurance : Ensure rigorous testing of Oracle solutions, validating functionalities, and overseeing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases.
• Compliance and Security : Ensure Oracle solutions meet all regulatory, compliance, and data security standards for the banking industry.
• Reporting and Documentation : Provide project progress reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure knowledge transfer upon project completion.

### Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years in program or project management roles within Trade Finance, Treasury, and Trading systems; at least 5 years of experience specifically with Oracle implementations.
• Oracle Knowledge : Deep understanding of Oracle solutions, especially for Treasury, Trading, and Trade Finance modules.
• Banking Sector Experience : Strong background in banking, with specific expertise in Trade Finance and Treasury operations.
• Project Management Certifications : PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is preferred.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with Oracle database, SQL, and integration tools is an advantage.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on data-driven analysis.
• Leadership : Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

### Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on Oracle implementation projects within the banking sector in the GCC region.
• Familiarity with local and international Trade Finance regulations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
