• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, establishing project schedules, and managing resources and budgets.
• Drive the development of new products and technologies from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, manufacturing, and quality assurance
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in engineering design and development, including concept generation, prototype development, testing, and validation, ensuring adherence to engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate technical and project risks, proactively addressing challenges and obstacles to minimize project delays and ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure that engineering activities comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, maintaining a focus on product safety, reliability, and performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, customers, suppliers, and partners, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and milestones.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering development, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering successful engineering projects
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in industry in a Technology related B2B industry preferably Aerospace & Defense
