Lead and manage the fire services project elements to meet contractual obligations, client expectations and desired state. Strategic and functional on the ground partner in client relationship and contract deliverable management. Manage, implement and continually enhance the contract and project governance, reporting, communications and escalation processes externally (client, contractor/suppliers) and internally.
