Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Tailor and Master Cutter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sewing and cutting new designs for our boutique while also supervising a team of tailors in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cut and sew high-quality garments based on design specifications.

- Supervise and guide a team of tailors in sewing techniques and production processes.

- Collaborate with the design team to produce innovative and stylish new collections.

- Ensure that all garments meet quality standards before they leave the workshop.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior tailors on best practices.

- Oversee workflow in the workshop, ensuring deadlines are met and production runs smoothly.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workshop.

Qualifications

:

- Proven experience as a professional tailor and master cutter (minimum [3 years] of experience).

- Strong expertise in sewing and cutting new designs, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

- A creative approach to garment construction and design interpretation.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of fabric types and their appropriate uses in garment construction.

- Visa will be provided for the chosen candidate.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
