We are seeking a skilled and experienced tailor expert who specializes in bridal gown alterations and bridal dress making. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional alteration services for our clients.

• Responsibilities:

- Perform professional and precise alterations on bridal gowns, including hemming, taking in or letting out seams, resizing, and adding or removing embellishments. - Consult with clients to understand their vision and specific alteration needs. - Use advanced sewing and tailoring techniques to create high-quality bridal dresses from scratch, ensuring a perfect fit and exquisite craftsmanship. - Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in bridal fashion and attend trainings or workshops as required. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and care of tools and equipment. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the alteration or dress making process.

• Requirements:

- Proven experience as a tailor specializing in bridal gown alterations and bridal dress making. - Expertise in working with delicate fabrics commonly used in bridal gowns (e.g., lace, silk, chiffon) and knowledge of their specific handling requirements. - Strong knowledge of various sewing techniques, including hand sewing, machine sewing, and intricate detailing. - Proficiency in using specialized equipment, such as sergers, sewing machines, and embroidery machines. - Excellent measurement and fitting skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to achieve a perfect fit. - Creativity and the ability to interpret and bring to life custom bridal dress designs. - Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients, designers, and team members. - Knowledge of beading and embellishing techniques commonly used in bridal fashion and veils. - Experience in handling and altering complex dress structures, such as corsets or multi-layered skirts.
