We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Professional Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

The Professional Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our product offerings, the ability to engage customers, and the skills to close sales effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their furniture needs.
• Provide expert advice on furniture styles, materials, and customization options.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by presenting and explaining product features and benefits.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Utilize effective selling techniques to close sales and maximize revenue.
• Handle customer objections and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the store.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product arrivals.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Manage customer accounts and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
• Store Operations:
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts.
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging product displays and promotional materials.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Share insights and feedback with the management team to improve store performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or a related retail environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Personal Attributes:
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
