We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foam Mixer/Maker to join our team, specializing in the production of high-quality foam for sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of foam mixing processes and the ability to follow precise recipes to ensure consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor foam mixing equipment to produce foam that meets our specific standards for furniture production.
• Measure, mix, and process foam materials according to established formulas and safety guidelines.
• Inspect and test foam density, resilience, and durability to ensure quality meets company standards.
• Adjust mixing processes as needed to achieve desired results for various furniture products.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly handled and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in foam production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferably with furniture foam).
• Knowledge of foam mixing processes, materials, and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
