Job Description
Job Summary
- Sort and acquit all mails and letters.
- Ensure security is maintained.
- Distribute all correspondences accurately.
- Drive for pick-up and delivery or transportation of staff, clients, etc.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and cleanliness at all times.
- Inspect vehicle for safety, fuel, oil and water before departure.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
- Previous professional driving experience.
- Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Arabic will be an advantage.
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
