We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the cosmetics and perfume industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in coordinating production activities, managing a team of production workers, and implementing best practices to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers to achieve production targets and quality standards. Provide clear instructions and guidance to the production team, ensuring effective communication and a positive work environment.

• Production Planning and Scheduling:

Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules that optimize resources and meet customer demands. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed.

• Quality Control:

Implement and maintain strict quality control measures & GMP Standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any deviations from quality specifications.

• Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs. Implement best practices and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the application of cutting-edge production techniques.

• Training and Development:

Provide training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance skills and capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the production team.

• Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe & secure working environment. Investigate and address any safety concerns promptly and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Inventory Management:

Follow proper documentation & procedures & maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods. Analyze & Implement strategies to minimize inventory variations

• Communication:

Effectively communicate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure seamless production processes. Provide regular updates to management on production status, challenges, and achievements. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the cosmetics and perfume industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
