Job Description

We are seeking a capable and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and productivity of our manufacturing facility.

•Production line experience compulsory (No Engineers) •

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide production workers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Loading the containers in proper manner and accurately.
• Oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and meeting targets.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and promote a safety culture.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, minimizing downtime.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer development opportunities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain production records, generate reports on key indicators.
• Foster effective communication, address employee concerns promptly.
