Production Supervisor
Job Description
1. Production Planning and Scheduling :
• Develop and implement daily/weekly production plans to ensure the effective manufacturing of products within deadlines.
• Coordinate production schedules, ensuring that machine capacity and resources are efficiently utilized.
• Adjust production schedules based on raw material availability, machine downtime, and priority orders.
2. Supervision of Manufacturing Operations :
• Supervise the production process for extrusion blow moulding, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Oversee operations of extrusion machines, moulding equipment, and auxiliary machinery (e.g., trimming, cooling, and handling systems).
• Ensure that operators are following correct procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
3. Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting :
• Ensure that extrusion blow moulding machines and related equipment are maintained and operating at peak efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance for machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational issues quickly to prevent production delays.
• Liaise with the maintenance team to address any urgent repair needs.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 Years Experience in Extrusion blow moulding 20Ltr to 200ltr.
2. Bachelor or Diploma Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
