Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our packaging and printing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production processes, particularly in pre-press and post-press operations, and will focus on ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing of luxury, rigid, and perfume boxes. You will supervise production teams, manage workflow, and enforce cost controls while maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight:
• Supervise daily production activities, including pre-press, press, and post-press operations.
• Ensure seamless coordination between departments (design, pre-press, production, finishing, and packaging).
• Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and reduce downtime.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all products meet established quality standards, particularly for luxury, rigid, and perfume boxes.
• Conduct routine quality checks during production to ensure compliance with client specifications.
• Assist in implementing quality control measures and procedures.
• Cost Control:
• Monitor resource usage, including raw materials, to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
• Identify areas for cost savings while maintaining product quality.
• Ensure adherence to the production budget and suggest cost-effective solutions.
• Team Supervision:
• Manage and motivate production staff to meet performance goals.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to enhance team skills.
• Conduct performance reviews and address any team challenges.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance:
• Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Promote a safe and clean working environment.
• Stay informed about relevant industry regulations to ensure compliance.
• Production Support:
• Work closely with the design team to ensure production feasibility of creative concepts.
• Provide insights for optimizing prototypes and designs for production.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during production.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the packaging or printing industry.
• Familiarity with pre-press and post-press processes.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Basic proficiency in production management software and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in luxury packaging and high-end product manufacturing.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in packaging and printing technology.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
