Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of skilled workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the procurement of materials to support production needs.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documenting progress and any issues for management review.
