Production Supervisor
Job Description
• Oversee daily production operatipons & ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments(e.g quality control,maintainance,supply chain)to ensure seamless production flow.
• Monitor production process and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency.
• Lead & supervise a team of production workers,providing guidance & support.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote team work.
• Develop,implement, and oversee production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechnical or a related field.
• Experience: Mimimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.( Must have Metal or steel structural IND background.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
