Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced male Production Supervisor with strong leadership and managerial skills to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations, managing production challenges, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and oversee the entire production process, from planning to execution.

- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.

- Lead and mentor master cutters, tailors, and hand workers, ensuring high standards.

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage stock.

- Address production challenges and implement effective solutions.

- Monitor production costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.

- Provide regular production updates and reports to senior management

Qualifications:

- Experience in managerial and leadership roles, with a focus on leading production teams.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to resolving production issues.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of production planning is an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills
