- Involve with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer requirements;
- Distribute production schedules and work orders after coordinating with sales department;
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures;
- Create a full-fledged quality team which should establish company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
- Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands;
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, sales and purchase.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate training program for new and existing workers.
- Analysis of existing work flow of production and any recommendations/feedback.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/production or any relevant
- At least 1 year of working experience in fmcg
- Excellent Production and Processing knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Monitoring skills
