Key Responsibility
• Ability to review designs, drawings and work closely with the design department to ensure production objectives are met.
• Monitor budget for each project and seeking approvals from the Production manager: Including purchasing new materials, use of in-house materials, logistics and manpower.
• Monitor day-to- day factory production procedures, team allocation, store material availability, labours attendance, overtime approvals etc.
• Implement the highest level of health and safety standards o Submitting document for necessary venue approvals.
• Collecting daily progress report from the foreman's
• Assistant Production Manager for inquiring quotation from supplier for the outsource job.
• Assisting in preparation of BOQ of the job
• Responsible for site inspections prior production
• Coordinating with site foremen for smooth production & Installation.
• Ensuring the work is deliver with high quality & standard as per the company guidelines and client expectations.
• Maintain the health & Safety of workers at workplace
• Material procurement upon job confirmation as per the approved BOQ
• Handling driver schedule
• Arranging LPO's from the Head Office upon Project confirmation
Required Experience
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Similar field.
• Computer Literacy is must with Knowledge of MS office and Email
• Good Communications.
• Driving license is a must.
