Key Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced

Production Supervisor

who will take full ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination between production and installation teams. Responsibilities include managing projects in line with company processes, meeting milestones within specified timeframes, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and achieve high productivity. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, 3D modeling, Google SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other modern graphic software

is essential. A valid

UAE driving license

is also required.

Job Responsibilities:

As a

Production Manager

, your primary role is to oversee and manage all aspects of production and client deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include:

Project Oversight:

Supervising and managing production processes to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.

Client Coordination:

Ensuring clear communication with clients to meet their requirements and expectations.

Team Leadership:

Leading and coordinating production teams to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all deliverables meet company standards and client specifications.

Deadline Management:

Monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.

Problem-Solving:

Addressing any production challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Software Expertise:

Utilizing tools like AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, Google SketchUp, and Adobe Suite to manage and streamline production tasks.

On-Site Coordination:

Overseeing installation processes and ensuring successful project execution.

Reporting:

Providing regular updates on project status and any potential risks to management.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of

5 years of experience

in

production and installation

within the

Advertising, Events, and Exhibitions

industries is essential.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
