Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the glass industry, with a strong ability to manage labor, oversee production processes, and ensure efficient operations. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities .
• Manage and lead a team of workers to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines .
• Monitor production processes and workflow to ensure efficiency.
• Inspect final products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports .
• Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and material flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in the glass industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the glass or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with production tracking and quality control systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant production management software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the glass industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
