We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. You\'ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.Responsibilities:
\xe2\x88\x92 Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
\xe2\x88\x92 Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
\xe2\x88\x92 Oversee and coach employees
\xe2\x88\x92 Ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenanceRequirements and skills:
\xe2\x88\x92 Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
\xe2\x88\x92 Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
\xe2\x88\x92 Advanced skills in MS OfficeNote: Applicants must be in UAE.
