Job Description
Supervise and coordinate production activities and staff to meet production goals.
Train and mentor production workers to ensure high-quality output.
Monitor and maintain production schedules and deadlines.
Inspect and verify the quality of finished products.
Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures.
Collaborate with the production manager to optimize processes and resource allocation.
Maintain inventory levels and order production supplies as needed.
Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare reports on production metrics and performance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication skills.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
