Production Supervisor

to join our team and help drive our manufacturing processes to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Supervise daily operations in the woven label and embroidery production department. Plan, prioritize, and assign work to production teams to meet production schedules and deadlines. Monitor production output, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Quality Control:

Ensure the production of woven labels and embroidery products meets company quality standards and customer expectations. Implement quality checks and troubleshoot any issues with fabric, labels, or stitching to maintain high standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Team Management:

Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve high performance and a positive working environment. Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to operators and technicians on machinery, techniques, and safety protocols. Handle performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and team development.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce waste in woven label and embroidery processes. Recommend and implement process improvements, new technologies, and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Inventory and Materials Management:

Manage the inventory of raw materials, supplies, and finished products to ensure the availability of necessary items for production. Work with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to avoid production delays.

Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the regular maintenance, calibration, and repair of woven label and embroidery machinery. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that all safety guidelines and procedures are followed by the production team. Maintain a clean and organized work environment that complies with company safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a woven label or embroidery manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of woven label and embroidery machines, production processes, and techniques. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and recommend effective solutions. Solid understanding of quality control processes and safety standards in manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Higher secondary or equivalent
