Production Supervisor
Job Description
We Al Barq Computer Forms Printing LLC, Located in Ajman since couple of years. Looking for Production supervisor, who is having minimum of 2 years of Computer Forms Printing Experience .
The duties & responsibilities are given below.
1. Managing the press production team and overseeing day-to-day operations
2. Developing and implementing production schedules to meet production goals and deadlines
3. Monitoring production processes to ensure quality control and efficient operation
4. Troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions to improve productivity
5. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to production staff
6. Training and mentoring production team members to enhance skills and knowledge
7. Collaborating with other departments, such as design and engineering, to coordinate production efforts
8. Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper maintenance and calibration
9. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment
10. Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed to support production activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• Computer Forms Press: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
• English, Hindi, Malayalam (Preferred)
