We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor with experience in furniture manufacturing to oversee daily production activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of production lines, manage staff, maintain product quality standards, and optimize workflows to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily furniture production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage material requisitions.
• Train, guide, and manage production staff, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality control teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure they function correctly and schedule maintenance.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a production supervisor in furniture manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of furniture production processes, materials, and tools.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in a production environment.
