As a Production Supervisor in the perfumery industry at Naseem Perfumes, you will oversee the manufacturing processes involved in creating our signature fragrances. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and artisans, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while upholding our uncompromising commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for perfumery, strong leadership abilities, and a meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities, including blending, distillation, and packaging, to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders while optimizing resource utilization.
• Train and mentor production staff in fragrance formulation techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Monitor production processes closely, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with R&D and quality control teams to develop new fragrance formulations and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with purchasing and logistics departments as needed.
• Enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Foster a culture of teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement within the production team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in production supervision within the perfumery or cosmetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance formulation techniques, raw materials, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for fragrance manufacturing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
