About The Role: We are looking for a motivated Shift Leader to oversee production and team members during scheduled shifts. The Shift Leader is responsible for performing leadership, production, and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and safely during their shift. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run effectively and production targets are met. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Work under the guidance of the Production Manager to execute orders. \xc2\xb7 Ensure production schedules and quality standards are achieved. \xc2\xb7 Supervise employees and assist with tasks as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Manage tardiness and handle last-minute absences. \xc2\xb7 Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts. \xc2\xb7 Coach team members and train new staff. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with company policies including health, safety, and employment standards. \xc2\xb7 Manage employee requests and transgressions. \xc2\xb7 Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs to management. \xc2\xb7 Report issues that arise during the sift to management. \xc2\xb7 Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
