Position: Production Senior Supervisor - Thermoforming

Experience in plastic Thermoforming 4 to 6 years (vacancy: 1-Age)

Salary Range: 4000AED & OT + Company provided Accommodation and Medical DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
• Leadership skills include the abilities or strengths shown by people in management roles that aid in guiding and encouraging a group of people and their team toward achieving a common goal or set of goals
• Strategic Decision-Making: Operations manager skills contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, ensuring that operational plans align with the company's broader goals and market demands.
• Deep knowledge of production management &Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• This demands strong analytical skills to assess situations, identify root causes, and evaluate potential solutions. Equally important is the ability to make decisive choices, sometimes under pressure, that will lead to operational improvements and mitigate risks.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices

Qualifications:

• The candidate must have any relevant course NTTF/ITI/CIPET/Plastic Technology / Plastic Engineering / Mechanical.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of working experience in plastic Thermoforming PET/PP/HIPS in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent computer skills (e.g.: Outlook, Advanced Excel & Word, ERP Systems).
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of thermoforming experience - Required
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of sr. supervision experience - Required
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
• Good problem-solving skills; Dependable and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
