Job Summary: Finpower Aircon LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Production Planning Engineer to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring that our manufacturing operations are efficient and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production flow.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to address any issues or delays.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Planning Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production planning and control principles.
• Proficiency in using production planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
