Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Create and manage work orders for production processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Track production progress and address any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Manage and control all project-related documents and drawings.
• Ensure document version control and proper archiving.
• Support project teams by providing necessary documentation and updates.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in production planning and document control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
