• Prepare a daily production plan for Resin manufacturing in keeping with customer requirements and stock level.
• Communicate information on availability of manufactured products to customer services and the sales team.
• Work out the feasibility of manufacturing different types of products and managing the distribution of raw materials within the products.
• Work with the Material Planner/Buyer to determine stock levels for all manufactured products.
• Constantly review the stocks of manufactured products as per the stock levels and advice Factory Manager of any significant deviations.
• Maintain a report on golden products - manufactured.
• Ensure compliance with the company\'s HSE and Quality programmes.
• Ensure daily production reports are prepared and send to CSD.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in relation to HSE so as to ensure not only the safety of the worker but of other employees and the site.
• Report to the line manager or any responsible person any act, incident, issue that can have the potential to cause an accident, incident or injury to any employee or contractor, factory site or surrounding area.
• Actively participate in the company\'s H&S programs.
• Ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment is worn when required as part of the job.
• The key complexity is the planning of manufacturing and ensuring stock availability to meet tight deadlines in the absence of forecasts.

• The jobholder High school/diploma and be fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate across all levels and with different nationalities.
• The jobholder should have a minimum of 2 years\' experience in production planning.
• Planner should be able to plan and have a logical approach to task and problems.
