Education

• Bachelor's Degree : Often in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Industry Experience : Typically, 2-5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or a related area is required.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes : Understanding of different manufacturing processes and techniques.

Skills

• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze production data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Capability to identify and solve production-related issues efficiently.
• Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
