Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling :
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Quality Control :
• Implement quality control procedures.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Process Optimization :
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Team Management :
• Supervise production staff.
• Provide training and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Technical Support :
• Troubleshoot production issues.
• Provide technical guidance.
• Inventory Management :
• Manage raw material inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Maintain production records.
• Generate performance reports.
• Safety and Compliance :
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience : 3-5 years in a production engineering role within the precast or construction industry.
• Technical Skills : Knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes, CAD software, and quality control techniques.
• Soft Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications in project management or quality control are a plus
