ROShell is based in the Fujairah Free Zone, UAE and is the first pressure vessel manufacturer for reverse osmosis in the Middle East region. Responsibilities:
Follow work instructions, procedures and company policies about health & safety, quality and environment. Set up, operate, and monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications and quality standards. Perform routine checks and troubleshooting on machines to avoid downtime. Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any defective or non-compliant products to supervisor. Maintain logs or production reports, machine downtimes, quality control checks, and any issues. Keep track of production targets and ensure they are met within the designated time frame. Keeping cleanliness and 5S of production areas of their responsibility. Take part in Kaizens and improvement activities. Requirements: High school graduates will be preferred. Be able to read and understand work instructions in English. Young, energetic and passionate to work with a growing company. Previous experience working in a production environment is preferred. Experience with the operation of production equipment is preferred. Working Hours: Working hours will be 8 hours a day and 6 days a week, and the incumbent should be willing to work any of the 24-hour shifts.
