Compliance & Safety: Adhere to cGMP, EHS policies, and SOPs while reporting deviations to supervisors.
Equipment Handling: Set up, operate, and clean equipment in Coating, Capsule Filling, and Granulation areas. Ensure proper training before working in secondary packaging.
Manufacturing & Packaging: Execute secondary packaging, material verification, and in-process checks. Maintain hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation in production areas.
Documentation & Quality Control: Record data, maintain batch documents (BMR/BPR), perform reconciliations, and collaborate with QA/QC for validation and sampling.
Process & Maintenance: Handle change parts, monitor temperature and RH, conduct challenge tests, perform AQL, and ensure preventive maintenance and requalification.
Other Responsibilities: Line clearance, manual inspection of tablets and capsules, and calibration of precision instruments and weighing balances.
Your Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or relevant education in pharmaceuticals or a related field is a plus).
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in tablet coating and capsule filling is preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
