Position: Production & Operation Head

Experience in plastic injection and blow moulding 8 to 12 years (vacancy: 1-Age 35 to 40 Years) Salary Range: 6000AED & Company provided Accommodation and Medical

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
• Leadership skills include the abilities or strengths shown by people in management roles that aid in guiding and encouraging a group of people and their team toward achieving a common goal or set of goals
• Strategic Decision-Making: Operations manager skills contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes, ensuring that operational plans align with the company's broader goals and market demands.
• Deep knowledge of production management &Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
• This demands strong analytical skills to assess situations, identify root causes, and evaluate potential solutions. Equally important is the ability to make decisive choices, sometimes under pressure, that will lead to operational improvements and mitigate risks.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• The candidate must have any relevant course NTTF/ITI/CIPET/Plastic Technology / Plastic Engineering / Mechanical.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of working experience in plastic injection and blow moulding, PET in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent computer skills (e.g.: Outlook, Advanced Excel & Word, ERP Systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
