Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Material Officer to join our team at IIQAF. The Production Material Officer is a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of production operations, from liaising with suppliers to managing inventory and evaluating stock cycles.

- Interact and communicate with suppliers to ensure that materials are obtained and delivered on time
- Manage and maintain inventory of materials for the production operation
- Develop cost-efficient procurement plans for production materials
- Analyze inventory reports for forecasting future stock needs
- Monitor and adjust stock levels to ensure efficient production
- Track stock levels and stock movements to alert Purchasing if adjustments need to be made
- Coordinate with the Production team to ensure that stock orders are correctly issued and fulfilled
- Quality control of incoming materials and deliveries
- Ensure that all materials are in accordance with safety regulations
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the production or manufacturing sector
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of materials management best practices
- Proficient in inventory management software and databases
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
