Job Description

We are looking for UAE experienced Joinery Production Manager

Handle production and operations - Manage the production unit - Decode design drawings - Liaise with different stakeholders - Communicate and explain the technical aspects to the team - Decode design drawings - Meetings with suppliers & client - Achieving Project dead line religiously - Maintaining machinery & other company assets - Smooth operation.

Key requirements:
Minimum of 3 year's experience Fit-Out & Joinery experience in UAE
Degree in Engineering or Interior Design
Software skills
Great understanding of design drawings
Leadership skills managing a team
Must be based in Dubai
Must be able to start as soon as possible
Directly responsible for the planning, preparation and production of required joinery for the company's various projects
An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of modern joinery manufacturing
Excellent communication skills
Manages all production activities from inception to delivery
Manages and controls all employees related functions in the factory
Plans production schedules and ensures timely completion
Prepares production status reports to senior management
Job cost control - Responsible for production quality
Manage the maintenance and effective use of all machinery and equipment to ensure most efficient and highest quality work methods are achieved
Must be able to motivate, coach and develop team members for high performance

MUST have a valid UAE Driving License
