Renowned for their craftsmanship and attention to detail, our client is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee their production operations. This role demands an experienced professional with an in-depth understanding of managing production in the luxury retail and fit-out sectors.Key Responsibilities:- Production Oversight: Lead and manage all production activities, ensuring equipment is fully operational and production goals are met.- Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and manage production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery across all projects.- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of carpenters, painters, metal workers, and engineers to meet high standards of performance.- Project Direction: Direct production operations for interior and joinery projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely completion in line with client expectations.- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring design orders are met with the highest level of quality and overseeing quality control at all stages.- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with design, procurement, and project management teams to coordinate production schedules, resource allocation, and project execution.- Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare and manage production budgets, ensure cost-effective operations, and provide regular reports on project progress, performance, and any challenges faced.Requirements:- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in joinery or manufacturing management, with a focus on fit-out projects in the luxury retail, commercial, or hospitality sectors.- Education: A degree in Engineering or a related field.- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of design drawings, technical solutions, and production methodologies.- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, manage diverse groups of skilled workers, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.- Financial Acumen: Strong budget management skills with a clear understanding of cost-effective production practices.- Problem-Solving: A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges efficiently.Benefits:- Competitive Salary Package + Comprehensive BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced Production Manager to join a leading interior fit-out company that is shaping some of the most luxurious spaces in Dubai.
