Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and organized Production Manager to oversee our uniform manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the entire production process to meet deadlines.
• Update and maintain daily production reports to track progress.
• Coordinate with the design and customer service teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for smooth operations.
• Monitor the quality of products and resolve any production issues promptly.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing production processes, preferably in the uniform or garment industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using production tracking and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
