Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all production activities at IMPACT. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, maintain high-quality standards, and meet project deadlines. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a thorough understanding of production processes, and the ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Production Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity.
• Ensure all production activities align with company quality and safety standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to meet targets and maintain high morale.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Address and resolve team issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet client expectations.
• Identify areas for improvement and establish corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Resource and Inventory Management:
• Manage procurement and inventory of materials, tools, and equipment required for production.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Optimize resource usage to minimize waste and control costs.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all production activities.
• Conduct regular safety training and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to align production activities with project goals.
• Maintain open communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, resource usage, and team performance.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the Advertising and Fit out industry.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and management tools/software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
