Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead our production team. This role is integral to ensuring that our fabrication processes run efficiently, meet high-quality standards, and adhere to strict timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, problem-solving, and team leadership within the fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations in the production department, ensuring projects meet quality and deadline requirements.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflow to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor and manage production budgets, costs, and resources.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and support the development of production team members.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the steel fabrication industry
• Proven experience in steel fabrication or metalworking
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing production teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes, health and safety standards, and production optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
