Job Description

Pacific Grease And Lubricants is seeking a seasoned Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the lubricants manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production process to meet targets while ensuring quality standards and efficient resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive production plans, schedules, and workflows to maximize resource allocation, minimize downtime, and achieve production goals.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, including raw material management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Equipment Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in operating KWT Filling Machines and Labeling Machines. Possess a thorough understanding of the entire production line and its optimization potential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants manufacturing.
• Proven track record in production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of KWT Filling Machines and Labeling Machines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
