As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in production management and a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the furniture or storage manufacturing industry and be able to lead a team towards achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and inventory targets, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures, addressing any production issues promptly.
• Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage production budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, including metrics on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with other departments, including design, sales, and customer service, to align production activities with business goals.
• Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, preferably within the furniture or storage manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications in production management are a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production teams and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
