We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join an established joinery and fit-out company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of GCC experience in managing production operations, delivering high-quality results, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring timely and high-quality production.
Manage project deliveries, adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
Develop and monitor budgets to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
Supervise equipment maintenance and ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline procurement, production planning, and scheduling.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of RECENT experience in a production management role in the Gulf.
Strong background in joinery and fit-out manufacturing and delivery processes for villas/residential projects.
Proven expertise in budget management, operational planning, and resource optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP certification is preferred, but not essential.
