About Us:

FixPro Manufacturing operates in the industrial cleaning sector and is in the process of starting the manufacturing of industrial vacuum units . We are establishing our production facility and are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the setup and production processes and lead this crucial phase.

Key Responsibilities :

? Manage the setup of the production facility.

? Recruit and oversee production labor.

? Supervise the production of machines, with a focus on welding and assembly processes.

? Ensure adherence to production KPIs, particularly the number of machines produced

per employee per month .

? Implement and maintain ISO and 5S and some international production standards.

? Oversee production-related processes such as laser cutting, bending, rolling, and

painting.

? Develop and maintain detailed documentation and reporting for production activities.

? Ensure proper integration and functionality of electrical components, diesel engines, and

pneumatic systems.

Requirements:

? Proficiency in working with SolidWorks and AutoCAD , with the ability to read and

interpret assembly plans and technical drawings.

? Familiarity with electrical components and electrical diagrams.

? Strong knowledge of diesel engines and pneumatic systems.

? Experience with production processes like laser cutting, bending, rolling, and painting.

? Fluency in English (written and spoken).

? Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering .

? General experience of 7 years in production management or related fields.
